REZISTANCE X
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from Rezistance X and to your use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
1. About Rezistance X
Rezistance X (“Rezistance X”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a fashion brand operating under the names Rezistance X, RZTX and RX atelier.
For customer service enquiries, contact:
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you have legal capacity to enter into the purchase;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete; and
- you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into a purchase independently, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to present our products accurately.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, devices, lighting and photography. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may also occur.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include applicable taxes where relevant but exclude shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Any shipping charge will be shown before you place your order.
For non-EU destinations, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Receiving an order confirmation or payment authorisation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, an order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- product unavailability;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity;
- technical or system errors;
- unusually large quantities or suspected unauthorised resale;
- violation of quantity restrictions; or
- circumstances preventing us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Quantity Limits and Resale
We may limit the number of products that may be purchased per customer, order, household, payment method or delivery address.
This may be particularly relevant to limited releases or where we reasonably suspect automated purchasing, fraud, stock manipulation or purchasing primarily for unauthorised commercial resale.
We may refuse or cancel orders that exceed applicable limits.
7. Payment
Payment is due in full when the order is placed.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation. We may suspend, refuse or cancel an order if payment is declined, reversed, disputed or reasonably suspected to be unauthorised or fraudulent.
We do not currently offer instalment or deferred-payment arrangements unless expressly stated at checkout.
8. Pricing and Other Errors
We try to ensure that prices and product information are accurate.
If an obvious pricing, description or technical error occurs, we may correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order.
We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised as such.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel because of an error, we will refund the relevant amount.
9. Cancelling an Order Before Processing
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at operations@rezistance-x.com.
We may be able to cancel the order if processing has not yet begun. Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped before dispatch.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or return rights available after delivery.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We ship internationally, subject to the destinations available at checkout.
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Further information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
11. Delivery Risk
We remain responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to an order until it has been delivered to you or to a third party or delivery location properly designated or authorised by you, subject to applicable law.
A carrier’s delivery status will be considered as part of our assessment of a delivery dispute but does not automatically override applicable consumer rights.
Once an order has been properly delivered, responsibility for its safekeeping passes to you.
12. Returns and 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may withdraw from their purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us within the applicable period.
After notifying us, goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.
For a valid withdrawal of an entire order, we will refund the price paid and, where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery option where permitted by law.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Different rules may apply where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Full instructions are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
13. Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect products to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit.
Returned products will be assessed by Rezistance X.
When assessing a return, we may consider signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odours, missing components or tags, and handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect or try the product.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may reduce a refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Our assessment does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
14. Sale and Discounted Products
Unless expressly stated otherwise, sale and discounted products are subject to the same return framework as other products.
A promotion, discount or reduced price does not remove any statutory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.
15. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at operations@rezistance-x.com.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another legally required solution.
Where we are responsible for the issue, we will bear reasonable return costs where required.
16. Promotions, Discounts and Other Offers
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, gift cards, competitions, special releases or other promotional offers.
Additional terms may apply to a particular promotion and will be communicated with that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions:
- are subject to availability;
- may have an expiry date;
- may be limited to particular products, customers or territories;
- may not be combined with other offers; and
- may be withdrawn or corrected where an obvious error, fraud or misuse has occurred.
Any specific promotional terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
17. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Rezistance X, RZTX and RX atelier is protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
This includes, where applicable, names, logos, trademarks, clothing designs, artwork, graphics, photography, video, imagery, text, slogans, packaging, website content, website design, and similar materials.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with that product or the brand.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected material without permission except where permitted by law.

- use the website fraudulently or unlawfully;

- introduce malicious code or other harmful material;
- use bots, scraping tools or automated systems to extract or manipulate website content without permission;
- impersonate another person;
- misuse payment systems;
- attempt to manipulate purchasing limits or product availability; or

We may restrict access or take other reasonable measures where misuse is detected.
19. Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on third-party services for functions such as payments, delivery, analytics or other technical services.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
Use of personal information in connection with our website is addressed separately in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
20. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend, modify or restrict parts of the website for maintenance, security, updates or other operational reasons.
21. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the consumer protections that apply to you under mandatory law.
22. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These may include carrier disruption, severe weather, natural events, strikes, governmental action, customs disruption, infrastructure or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, supply-chain disruption or other comparable events.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact and comply with any rights you have under applicable law.
23. Privacy and Cookies
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
Those policies should be read alongside these Terms where relevant.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms, including to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable requirements.
The Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those in effect when the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
27. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to them.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or replaced by these Terms, those rights will prevail.
