1. 14-Day Return Period

You may register a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

Returns must be registered through the return process provided on our website. Once registered, you will receive the information necessary to complete your return, including the applicable return address.

Returned products must be sent back within the period required by applicable law.

2. Return Conditions

Products may be inspected and tried on only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit.

Returned products will be assessed by Rezistance X upon receipt.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories and other components originally supplied. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your refund where permitted by law.

When assessing a return, we may consider signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odours, missing components or tags, and handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try the product. Where permitted by applicable law, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from such handling.

3. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless we expressly state otherwise.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable consumer law, Rezistance X will cover reasonable return costs where required.

Please use the return instructions provided after registering your return. Products should not be sent to an address that has not been provided through our return process.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For a valid return of an entire order under the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will include the price paid for the products and, where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, any additional amount above the standard delivery cost is not refundable where permitted by law.

Where only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge will not normally be refunded where that charge would have applied to the products you kept.

5. Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you provide sufficient evidence that they have been sent back.

Our right to assess returned products and make any legally permitted deduction for diminished value remains unaffected.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make a processed refund visible in your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not accept direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

This helps ensure that the replacement product is available and can be processed without delay.

7. Sale and Discounted Products

Sale and discounted products follow the same return rules unless expressly stated otherwise.

A discount or promotional price does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or different from what you ordered, register the issue through our return process or contact:

Please provide sufficient information for us to assess the issue. We may reasonably request photographs or other relevant information.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another legally required solution.

9. Refused or Unregistered Returns

Returns should be registered through our return process before being sent.

Sending products to an address not provided through that process may result in delays or an inability to identify and process the return.

Nothing in this section removes a statutory right where you have otherwise validly exercised it in accordance with applicable law.

10. Promotions

If a promotion includes specific return conditions, those conditions will be communicated with the promotion.

Promotional conditions cannot remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy, including to reflect changes to our practices or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
