How do I know which size to order?
For the most accurate indication of the fit and length of each model, refer to how it sits on the mannequin. The mannequin’s height and the size worn are indicated on each product page.
For more detailed measurements and sizing information, check our Size Guide before ordering. Height recommendations are indicative.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Restocks depend on the product and season. Sold out does not always mean gone.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We may be able to cancel an order if processing has not yet begun. Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation will be possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected delivery method. Available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the EU and to a number of other destinations worldwide. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by the shipping company, where available. You can view your order details and order history on our View Orders page
Will I have to pay customs duties or import VAT?
No customs duties or import VAT apply to EU orders.
For non-EU destinations, customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges may apply depending on the destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may register a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our return conditions.

Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, return the original product in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order.

How should I care for my garment?
To preserve the quality of your garment, follow the below care instructions:
- DO NOT WASH
- DO NOT BLEACH
- DO NOT TUMBLE DRY
- IRON AT A MAXIMUM SOLE-PLATE TEMPERATURE OF 110°C
- PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEAN WITH TETRACHLOROETHENE – MILD PROCESS
